Named after the width of the carts that plied their trade along the Silk Road, Five Foot Road is Macau’s haven for spice lovers. At the heart of the cuisine is the famed Sichuan chili and peppercorn, playing a central role on the menu focusing on authentic Sichuan ingredients and recipes with contemporary presentation from our trained Sichuan master chef. Authentic non-spicy dishes will also be available for guests looking for alternatives.
The restaurant’s design fuses artistry and poetry, with traditional motifs and modern aesthetic recalling the charm of this historic route that connected China and Europe. Each table is a unique expression of the traders’ journey, and winds its way along a series of open, private and semi-private spaces.
A stylish tea lounge featuring elegant calligraphic poems create a meeting spot for travelers to Macau, where guests can savor a variety of beverages including traditional Sichuan Kung Fu tea and a selection of infused beverages.
Gentlemen are requested not to wear vest, shorts (except for lunch periods), open shoes or guestroom slippers. Ladies are requested not to wear guestroom slippers.
