Five Foot Road presents classic Sichuan cuisine, inheriting the grandeur of Sichuan-style mansion banquets of 1940s Chengdu. Guests will embark on a multi-sensory journey that demonstrates true essence of Sichuan cuisine - hundred flavors beyond fiery and hot. Fresh spices and seasonal treasures—like well salt and wild mushrooms—are sourced from Sichuan and Yunnan.

Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan carefully selects seasonal ingredients to present a variety of spring dishes. “Tossed spring broad bean with Chinese toon and preserved vegetables” combines Chinese toon, broad bean with a seasoning oil, delivering a fragrant flavor. “Chilled Mindong fish rolls with green pepper and peppercorn sauce” reimagines the ancient landscapes, using classic Sichuan flavors to draw out the freshness of Mindong fish. The dish delicately interprets the regional character, inviting to savor the cultural scenery.

Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan, the second-generation inheritor of traditional Chengdu Mansion Cuisine, has helmed Five Foot Road since its opening. With four decades of culinary experience, Chef Yang now sincerely brings the preciseness of Sichuan cuisine to Macau, carrying his outstanding cooking techniques, knife skills and flavorings.
