“Square Eight” brings together the finest ingredients from land and sea, blending the traditional flavors of Chinese five major regional cuisines. The menu features the richly savory “Stirfried Softboiled Eggs with Hermit Crab Sauce”, the boldly spiced and numbing “Spicy Lobster” and the refreshingly “Chilled Cherry Tomatoes with Dried Plum”. Each dish is crafted to awaken the summer palate and leave a lingering taste. Paired with signature drinks, such as “Chinese Wampi with Fragrant Lemon” and “Mulberry Mixed with Plain Yogurt and Sprite,” these offerings promote cooling and invigorate the palate.
