Whispers of Spring – Gourd Flower Promotion

“Hao Guo” presents a series of spring delicacies inspired by blossoms. “Sautéed boneless beef short ribs with chrysanthemum and Sichuan peppercorn”, seasoned with chrysanthemum sugar and Sichuan peppercorns, allowing floral and numbing meld with marbled beef, creating delicate layers of flavor. The refreshing “Marinated lotus root with mung bean and osmanthus sugar”, each bite filled with the vibrant spirit of spring.
