
In the grand finale of MGM COTAI’s Maritime Silk Road Culinary Art Feast, three celebrated chefs, Dong Zhenxiang, Homan Tsui and Yang Dengquan, united in a six-hand dinner collaboration. Together, they showcased the refined traditions of Beijing, Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines, accompanied by fine wines and tea. The time-limited eight-course dinner was available only on August 29 and 30, exclusively in Macau.

Inspired by the Silk Road, Chefs Yang Dengquan and Weng Yongjun combined the essence of stylized Sichuan dining with Ningbo cuisine’s signature balance of savory and freshness. The result was an eight-course contemporary Chinese banquet celebrating a diversity of aromas.

"Macau 2049" unites more than twenty creative teams from across the globe—including Airstage, Universal Everything, ATTRACTION PERFORMANCES, and WHITEvoid—to reimagine traditional cultural expressions through shadow theatre, digital art, light and mirror-based spatial installations, and bio‑inspired stage technologies, offering audiences an immersive encounter with the future of culture.

The “SUSHIDAN at Rossio x Hakkoku” star chef omakase feast has come to a flawless close. Renowned Michelin-starred chef Hiroyuki Sato and his protégé Manato Ueno showcased their Edomae sushi artistry at MGM MACAU, perfecting the “golden ratio” of sushi-making with shari (sushi rice) and expert hand techniques. Every serving was an instant classic.

The Aji × Arcane edition of the “Gastronomic Journey with Star Chef” series concluded in brilliance, as Aji’s Executive Sous Chef Pan Sihui and acclaimed chef Shane Osborn of Arcane delivering a marvelous four-hand feast. When French minimalism met Asian elegance, a contemporary dialogue between the art of dining and philosophy unfolded.

In the latest installment of the Gastronomic Journey with Star Chef series, Imperial Court saw Michelin-starred chef and Quanzhou native Yang Yanbin team up with MGM MACAU’s Executive Chef - Chinese, Homan Tsui to present a four-hand Fujian-Cantonese feast inspired by the Maritime Silk Road. From exotic spices to the aromas of tea, from Quanzhou to Macau, a single seating offered a taste of southern China’s terroir and masterful craftsmanship.
