October 9 - MGM and Chef Nic Jointly Present “MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025” This November

Star Chefs and Pop Icons Unite to Ignite a Culinary and Musical Extravaganza

Celebrating Macau’s dual status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and a City of Performing Arts, MGM is once again joining forces with the lifestyle and gourmet brand “Chef Nic” to present the fourth edition of “MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025”, taking place from November 29 to 30 at MGM COTAI. Following the overwhelming success of the past three editions, the multi-talented artist Nicholas “Chef Nic” Tse will return with his team of top international chefs, alongside MGM’s elite culinary talents and Asia’s leading pop singers, to deliver an immersive, high-energy and multi-sensory outdoor festival, injecting vitality into the city’s cultural tourism landscape. Tickets go on sale from October 14.

Culinary stars from Chef Nic and MGM take center stage

As the city’s annual large-scale outdoor gastronomusic festival, this year’s event features a dazzling lineup of culinary talents. Joining Chef Nic’s team this year are two standout female chefs from the popular Mainland Chinese cooking competition TV show “The Divine Dish” — Rain Qu, the Gen Z champion and master caterer and Kobe Cheng from Hong Kong, known as “beautiful chemical chef” for her scientistic approach to ingredients. Other top chefs include Danyi Gao, the sole female head chef and champion from the Chef Nic “Feng Wei” culinary competitions; and Beichuan Yang, one of the top four finalists. They are also joined by Edward Voon, a Singaporean chef acclaimed for his French culinary cuisine, and Amanda S., a creative dessert chef specializing in French-inspired sweets.

MGM’s elite culinary team is helmed by esteemed award-winning chefs including Yang Dengquan, Executive Sous Chef of the Michelin-starred and “Black Pearl One-Diamond Restaurant” Five Foot Road; Homan Tsui, Executive Chef of Chinese Cuisine at MGM MACAU and head chef of the “Black Pearl One-Diamond Restaurant” Imperial Court; Pan Sihui, Executive Sous Chef of Aji, recently awarded one Michelin star for his bold “Asian Bistronomy” concept; and Executive Chef - Pastry Bruno Le Francois, master of French desserts. These ten culinary masters will showcase their artistry at the two-day festival, serving a wide array of innovative dishes designed to delight and surprise every plate.

Pop Icons ignite the stage in a Rock and Roll Frenzy

Besides the gourmet offerings, this cross-genre cultural festival will feature a marathon of electrifying live performances by a line-up of top Asia pop singers and bands. Headlined by Nicholas Tse, the lineup includes the Hong Kong talented singer Hacken Lee as special guest; talented singer Hins Cheung and other powerhouse vocalists including Janice Vidal and Kiri T; popular bands Dear Jane and Supper Moment; Asian pop artist Janice Yan; representative of healing singer-songwriter group in the Chinese music scene The Landlord’s Cat and Macau rock band Daze In White as warm-up guest. Festival goers can enjoy an entire evening indulging in exquisite gourmet dishes crafted by the two acclaimed culinary teams, while immersing themselves in the electrifying atmosphere of live music.

The venue will also feature photo ops with a giant rock-themed Chef Leo and the “Chef Nic Family,” exclusive themed beverages, and signature “Chef Nic” snacks. Limited-edition Chef Nic merchandise will be available for purchase, offering attendees a memorable keepsake from the festival.

The “MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025” will be held on 1/F the Roof Terrace of MGM COTAI from November 29 to 30.
