Imperial Courtは、旬の一番新鮮な上質な食材を厳選し、一品一品に対して細かい拘りを守り抜いています。「亜麻仁入りの龍岡鶏のつるし焼き」の複雑な作り手法から、さらに栄養豊富な亜麻仁も加えることで、その口当たりは、今までのつるし焼きの龍岡鶏よりもサクサクで、料理に対するシェフの拘りや抜群な腕が見られます。

Imperial Courtロビーの中央には、レストランの中で最も代表的な「雲中龍」の巨大な石柱が置かれており、「雲中龍」は入念に彫刻され、細工が細かく、中国の文化では力と幸運の象徴です。レストランのテーブルセッティングにも趣向をこらしたガラスの飾りが使用され、細部まで精巧な蛟竜が描かれています。明かりがテーブル上のガラス食器を透き通ると、鮮やかな金色、青色、緑色の光影がテーブルに優しく照らし、特別な境地が味わえます。
