Prost! Celebrating 16 Years of Tradition, Bringing Macau a Second Golden Week in October! The city’s annual highlight in October, Oktoberfest Macau at MGM, returns for its spectacular 16th edition! Once again, our iconic giant beer tent brings the authentic Bavarian experience back to Macau. Soak up the festive atmosphere with lively German bands, performers dressed in traditional costumes, our beer partner, and an array of authentic German delicacies, all coming together to deliver the true spirit of Oktoberfest.

When the sea breeze meets the rhythm, and music connects body and mind—This November, an annual experience of music, movement, and urban trends is set to unfold in Macao. Jointly organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) and MGM, “hush! Beach Concerts x Urban Sports Wellfest 2026” will return to Hac Sa Beach on 14–15 November.

For one night only, Kexin Zhang and Russel Zhou, mixologists from Beijing’s renowned Bar Long Fong, will take over Bar Patuá, curating a flavor exploration where Eastern elegance meets contemporary mixology. Drawing inspiration from traditional solar terms, tea culture, regional culinary traditions, and indigenous ingredients, the duo will craft three exclusive cocktails for the occasion: “Citrus & White Bitter Gourd”, “Cherry Tomato Sour”, and “Moutai Latte Turns into a Giant Mushroom”, reimagining classics flavors through innovative techniques.

今年の「MGM Lion Dance Festival」では、「受け継がれる伝統――中国文化に息づく獅子舞」展をはじめ、さまざまな見どころをご紹介します。本展には、各地域で獅子舞文化を受け継ぐ4名の伝承者と、5名の現代クロスメディアアーティストが参加。伝統的な技法と現代の創造性を融合した9点の獅子舞作品を通して、獅子舞に宿る精神が世界をつなぐ姿を表現します。獅子舞文化のルーツとその変遷をはじめ、獅子頭制作に息づく職人技、そして地域に根付いた民俗文化から国際的な舞台へと広がっていった獅子舞の歩みを紹介。その歴史と表現の変化をたどることで、獅子舞という伝統文化が新たな時代の中でも受け継がれ、さらなる輝きを放ち続けていることを伝えます。
