Specializing in authentic Edomae sushi omakase experience, SUSHIDAN at Rossio joins hands with renowned Japanese sake brewery Osawa with over 300 years of history from Nagano to present a one-day-only sake pairing dinner.
A selection of four sakes from the esteemed Meikyoshisui brand, including the most refined creations from the brewery, will be paired with the Edomae Nigiri sushi masterfully crafted by Chef Manato Ueno using fresh seasonal ingredients directly from Japan and a secret blend of red vinegars, inducing the ultimate fusion of umami flavors.
Makoto Osawa, the 14th generation owner and sake brewmaster of Ozawa brewery, will be onsite to share their century-old story, brewing philosophies, and sake culture during the dinner.
