SUSHIDAN at Rossio x Hakkoku - Stellar Omakase by the Masters

From May 13 to 16, Michelin-starred sushi master Hiroyuki Sato returns to SUSHIDAN at Rossio, joining forces with Manato Ueno, to present the ultimate artistry of Edomae sushi.

The season’s finest ingredients are sourced directly from fish auction in Japan. From the mastery of aging, marinating and handcrafting, to the selection of the perfect rice for the seasonal ingredients masterfully combined with a secret blend of special treated vinegars, showcasing the perfect harmony of flavors in every refined piece. All these meticulous details embody the essence of artisanal craftsmanship.

This May 9-10, AJI at MGM COTAI proudly presents its inaugural 'Aji Touch with Star Chef' event since earning its MICHELIN star. Chef Pan, renowned for his refined blend of French techniques and Asian ingredients, will showcase each ingredient's unique character with creativity and balance. Joining him is Shane Osborn, the chef-owner of the nine-MICHELIN-starred restaurant Arcane, who emphasizes seasonal produce with minimalist elegance and creative precision.
