Chefs infused tradition and innovation, where curated seasonal crab meets the finest of land and sea, to craft a collection of exquisite autumn aroma – such as “Tossed Guanmiao Noodles with Hairy Crab Roe and Crayfish” from “Imperial Court”, presents Tainan traditional Guanmiao Noodles, perfectly combined crayfish and crab roe with harmonious fragrance. Simultaneously introducing “Steamed Crab Roe Dumpling” from “Chún”, with rich crab roe unwrapping the original taste of hairy crab in a bite. Also, “Braised Red Crab with Porcini Mushroom and Pork” from “Five Foot Road”, where porcini mushrooms meet delicate red crab to unveil the exceptional essence.
