"The manner in which light passes through the hollow sculpture makes my work appear weightless, which dissolves the traditional idea of sculptures being solid and grounded,” said the artist. He believes that the world of art is a synonym of harmony. By using steel as major material, he created the sculptures to present the fluid movement of water, which challenges the contrast concepts of movement and stillness, heavy and light. It can either be suspended or laid on the floor, allowing gravity-defying waves of calligraphy twists and splashes dramatically through the air.
