Hiroyuki Sato, chef-owner of Tokyo’s acclaimed Hakkoku, joins forces with his protégé, Chef Manato Ueno, Head Chef of SUSHIDAN, to present a four-day-only omakase experience.
Lauded as a next-generation innovator in the sushi scene, Chef Sato is celebrated for his refined craftsmanship, creativity rooted in tradition, and precision in flavor. The chefs reunite for the Duo Omakase experience, featuring the freshest seafood and seasonal produce flown directly from the origins. Each nigiri is crafted to the “golden ratio” with a meticulous blend of red vinegar and masterful precision to achieve a perfect balance of flavors and ultimate artistry.
