Spectacular Signature Cuisine Package Terms & Conditions

• 此優惠之推廣期為2018年1月29日至5月31日。
  The promotion period of this offer is from 29 January to 31 May 2018.
  
  
• 以“美獅薈會員價”購買優惠套券之參加者必須於領券時出示其美獅薈會員卡，否則將需以正價計算。
  Participants who have purchased this package at the “M life Member Price” must present their M life membership card upon collection of the dining coupons. Failure to do so will result in payment at regular price.
  
  
• 「星級美饌之旅」之餐飲券適用於美獅美高梅以下指定餐廳: 淳、蜀道、好鍋、面對麵、雅吉、濤岸、盛焰、Janice Wong MGM、百話廊。
  Dining coupons of Spectacular Signature Cuisine Package can be used at the following restaurants in MGM COTAI: Chún, Five Foot Road, Hǎo Guō, Miàn Duì Miàn, Aji, Coast, Grill 58°, Janice Wong MGM, Bar Patuá.
  
  
• 參加者將會於確認購買時被收取此優惠套券之全數費用，並不設退款。
  Participants will be charged the full value of the package at the point of sale. Once the sale is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
  
  
• 如透過美高梅客戶服務專綫購買此套券之參加者，必須於領取套券時出示預訂確認信及用作付款之信用卡以作核對。
  Participants are required to present their confirmation letter and the charged credit card for verification for purchases made through MGM Customer Care Hotline.
  
  
• 參加者必須於領取此套券時提供餐飲券使用者之姓名或美獅薈會員號碼，并將會被填寫在餐飲券上。餐飲券使用者一經確認，將不可作任何更改。
  Participants are required to provide the coupon user’s name or M life Membership ID at point of pickup, which will be written on the dining coupons. Once the coupon user is confirmed, no changes can be made.
  
  
• 餐飲券不得轉讓他人使用。餐飲券使用者必須於結帳前出示屬於其本人之有效身份證或美獅薈會員卡以作核對。
  Dining coupons are non-transferable. Coupon users are required to present their valid identity card or M life membership card for verification prior to billing.
  
  
• 餐飲券必須於2018年6月30日前使用。
  Dining coupons must be used on/before 30 June, 2018.
  
  
• 用餐前建議提前預訂，並視乎餐廳供應情況而定。
  Advance reservation is advised and is subject to availability.
  
  
• 餐飲券不得退換、不能兌換成現金及不得作售賣用途。
  Dining coupons are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not for resale.
  
  
• 餐飲券只可兌換相同價值之商品或服務，並不設找贖。
  Dining coupons can only be exchanged for goods or service of equal value and no change will be given either in cash or in other form.
  
  
• 只接受餐飲券正本，副本均屬無效。每張餐飲券只限使用一次，並將於付款後被收取。
  Only original dining coupons will be accepted. Each dining coupon can be used once only and will be collected upon payment.
  
  
• 餐飲券不可與金獅會或美獅薈會員折扣優惠、其他推廣優惠/旅行社折扣優惠同時使用。
  Dining coupons cannot be used in conjunction with M life membership card discount offers, other promotional offers, or any related travel agency discount.
  
  
• 餐飲券不可用作結算酒店房費。
  Dining coupons cannot be used to settle charges made to hotel room.
  
  
• 餐飲券不可用作結算已簽酒店房賬之餐飲消費。
  Dining coupons cannot be used to settle food and beverage charges posted to hotel room.
  
  
• 購買此套券或以餐飲券結帳之消費均不可賺取積分。
  Points earning is not applicable for the purchase of this package and settlement by dining coupons.
  
  
• 任何額外消費只可以現金、信用卡或會員積分付款。其餘所有免費優惠、禮品、禮券/禮品卡/現金券恕不接受。
  Only cash, credit card or point redemption are accepted as forms of payment for any additional spending. Any complimentary offers, gift, cash coupons/coupons will not be accepted.
  
  
• 美高梅恕不接受或補發任何損毀、被盜/遺失、更改或以任何方式加以竄改之餐飲券。
  MGM will not be liable if the dining coupon is defaced, mutilated, stolen/lost, altered, or tampered with in any way whatsoever, and it will not be accepted, replaced, or reissued.
  
  
• 美高梅保留取消或更改該活動的權利，而無須另行通知。
  MGM reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
  
  
• 對於活動所引起之任何爭議，將交予澳門特別行政區法院依澳門特別行政區法律處理。
  In the event of dispute, all cases shall be governed by the law of Macau S.A.R and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Macau S.A.R.
  
  
• 美高梅管理層保留最終決定權。
  Decision of MGM management shall be final.
  
  
• 若中、英文版之條款及細則有差異，則以中文版為準。
  In case of discrepancies between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese language will prevail.
