[March 10, 2025, Macau] MGM is delighted to announce that its two signature Chinese restaurants, Imperial Court at MGM MACAU and Five Foot Road at MGM COTAI, have once again been honored in South China Morning Post (SCMP)’s 100 Top Tables 2025 listing, highlighting the Company’s excellence of culinary offerings and service. Coming to its 13th edition, this annual guide is considered an authoritative guide to the best fine-dining restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau, featuring a panel of esteemed restaurants.

Five Foot Road transports guests back in the 1940s with Chengdu-Sichuanese fine dining experience of official banquets and soirée for the respected society, featuring the diversified 24-taste-profile to impress discerning palates. Stepping into the dining room with Sichuan’s landscape, guests embark on a multi-sensory discovery journey with the most authentic delicacies that bring flavors beyond the public perception of fiery and hot. With 40 years of industry experience, Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan delivers the daintiest side of Sichuanese authentic cooking with his combination of meticulous execution, presenting numerous classic Sichuan dishes including the Stewed Bird’s Nest with Minced Chicken and Egg White in Bouillon, which brings a long-lasting fragrance is known as the epitome of Sichuan cuisine.

Imperial Court features the spirit of classic Lingnan culinary fare with modern twist. The main dining room greets guests with a feast for the eyes with an ornamental column featuring a masterful craving of a dragon, which coheres with the exquisite Liuli tableware, which was used by ancient Chinese royal families back to the old days. Paying tributes to the essence of Lingnan culinary culture, Homan Tsui, Executive Chinese Chef of MGM MACAU, values the seasonality and original flavors of ingredients, offering signature dishes such as Crispy chicken skin with shrimp mousse and salted fish flakes, which is innovatively reinterpreted with Macau's local ingredient salted threadfin fish.
