Three of MGM’s signature dining restaurants have been listed on the Trip.Gourmet 2027 Global Fine Dining Selection. Aji makes its debut on the list as a Platinum Restaurant, while returning honorees Five Foot Road and Imperial Court have been recognized as Diamond Restaurant and Platinum Restaurant, respectively. With offerings ranging from refined Asian cuisine and classic Sichuan fare to handcrafted Lingnan dishes, the three restaurants reflect MGM’s commitment to curating diverse, high-quality dining experiences that invite guests to explore Macau’s culinary culture and support its standing as the Creative City of Gastronomy.
Now marking its 10th anniversary, Trip.Gourmet has grown into an international culinary travel guide spanning Asia, Europe, the Middle East and beyond, establishing itself as an important reference for epicure travelers worldwide for over 200 cities, with three tiers, including Black Diamond, Diamond and Platinum.
Making its debut on the list, Aji draws inspiration from Asia’s diverse culinary traditions, using premium ingredients to present Asian cuisine with a contemporary approach. Helmed by MGM COTAI’s Executive Sous Chef Pan Sihui, the restaurant explores the balance between culinary heritage and innovation. Under Chef Pan’s leadership, Aji has earned one MICHELIN Star for two consecutive years.
Five Foot Road is dedicated to showcasing regional Chengdu-style Sichuan cuisine, drawing inspiration from the 1940s Chengdu mansion banquets. Moving beyond the common perception of Sichuan cuisine as defined solely by bold, spicy flavors, the restaurant embodies the culinary philosophy of “one dish, one style; a hundred dishes, a hundred flavors”. Helmed by Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan with four decades of culinary experience, Five Foot Road has earned one MICHELIN Star for years, along with recognition from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and Forbes Travel Guide and continues to draw acclaim from discerning diners.
Rooted in the essence of Lingnan culinary culture, Imperial Court combines time-honored craftsmanship with contemporary flavors to present refined, handcrafted cuisine. Led by Homan Tsui, Executive Chef of MGM, together with Chef de Cuisine Ki Chan, the culinary team follows the seasons, carefully selecting ingredients at their peak and applying meticulous culinary techniques to highlight their natural flavors. With its exceptional dining experience and consistently high standards, Imperial Court has received One-Diamond
recognition from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and Five-Star recognition from Forbes Travel Guide for years.
