Experience the Fusion of Music and Movement
Black Sand awakened in October, stirred by waves and beats. "hush! Beach Concerts × Urban Sports Wellfest 2025" embraced music and movement as its language. From the morning sun shining upon the grass to the final drumbeat under the night sky, rhythm permeated the entire Hac Sa Beach Park. Audiences breathed with the rhythm, resonated with the music, and felt their bodies and minds expand through the flow of energy.
Harness the Positive Energy of the Celebrity Mentors
This year's Urban Sports Wellfest spans multiple disciplines, featuring Asia's leading mentors - Hong Kong artist and dance instructor Fatboy @ ERROR, South Korean Netflix show “The Strongest 2” champion Amotti, Thai dance coach Gun Gun, and Hong Kong yoga instructor Alex Lam.
The program includes HYROX PFT fitness challenges, Pilates, rhythm training, and yoga sessions. From sunrise to sunset, participants pushed their limits to the beat of the music, exploring their physical boundaries through sweat and laughter. They experienced the sheer power of movement, balancing focus and relaxation.
The Resonance of Gongs, Dance Steps, and Vitality
In the morning, Asian gong meditation master Mathan Collard ushered in the new day with deep, resonant waves of sound. Participants lay quietly on the grass, listening to the resonant gongs, finding balance between meditation and breath. Then, the celebrity mentors awakened the crowd with rhythm and dance, keeping the energy up. In that moment, Hac Sa Beach Park became the city's most liberated space.
As night falls, rhythm transforms into light
Nearly 60 Asian music groups took turns performing, weaving melodies and drumbeats with the sea breeze to light up the night with flowing energy. Over 27,000 residents and visitors participated in the two-day event, where every moment, from physical challenges to live music, converged into a rhythm memory unique to Hac Sa Beach.
