The party music lovers and food enthusiasts wait for all year is back—and this time, it's bigger, bolder, and more electrifying than ever. MGM joins hands with Chef Nic by Nicholas Tse to present the fifth edition of MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2026—a multisensory celebration where world-class cuisine meets pulse-pounding live music, returning to the iconic Roof Terrace at MGM COTAI on December 5 and 6.

Multi-talented artist Nicholas "Chef Nic" Tse will headline the festival alongside an exceptional lineup of Asia's most celebrated performers, including Mandopop icon Bibi Zhou, renowned vocalists Andy Hui and Janice Vidal, Taiwan's chart-topping band Accusefive, legendary Hong Kong rock group Tai Chi, acclaimed bands Dear Jane and Supper Moment, Chinese rap sensation LamLao (SKAI ISYOURGOD), and Hong Kong's rising stars Arvin Tsang and VIVA. Together, they'll ignite two nights of exhilarating performances that rock every sense.

The culinary experience features an exclusive collaboration between Nicholas Tse's Chef Nic Team and MGM's award-winning culinary team. Together, they will present a curated collection of gourmet creations inspired by global flavors, innovation, and culinary artistry. Guests can enjoy a complimentary free-flow* gastronomic experience featuring limited-time signature dishes crafted exclusively for the festival.

Adding to the excitement, the giant rock-themed Chef Leo and Chef Nic Family photo installations will make a return, alongside limited-edition Chef Nic merchandise at the event.
