Reviving the cultural legacy of the ancient Silk Road, the second chapter of the “Silk Road Art Feasts” series draws inspiration from Chang’an (Xi’an), the starting point of the Northern Silk Road. This three-day exclusive collaboration unites two master chefs from Black Pearl One‑Diamond: Homan Tsui, Executive Chef – Chinese of MGM MACAU, helming Imperial Court, renowned for his craftsmanship in Lingnan delicacies, and Yuan Wei, Head Chef of Chang’an Hui · Original Shaanxi Cuisine and esteemed Chinese Culinary Master. Together, they will curate an artistic feast celebrating the Cantonese and Shaanxi intangible cultural heritage.

The two masters from North and South will source the finest seasonal ingredients from Shaanxi and Guangdong. With meticulous craftsmanship and creativity, the four-hands menu blends the distinctive regional produce with the spirit of Silk Road culture, transforming the shared heritage of Lingnan and Shaanxi cuisines through a refined gastronomic experience inspired by ancient imperial banquets.
