Executive Sous Chef Sihui Pan of MGM COTAI, helming Aji joins forces with Jin Yang and Meiyi You, chef-founder of modern French restaurant Co- in Chengdu, to present a two-day, six-hands gastronomic experience.

Chefs from both Michelin-starred restaurants specialize in combining French culinary artistry with diverse Asian flavors. For this collaboration, they masterfully craft innovative delicacies that blend the essence of dynamic Asian cuisine with distinctive flairs, pushing the boundaries of taste and creativity and embarking guests on a gastronomic journey of discovery.
