On October 16-17, Chef Pan Sihui, Executive Sous Chef of MGM COTAI and helm of Aji, joins hands with Chef Louis Han, Chef-Founder of NAE:UM, to present a two-night-only degustation dinner. For the first time, chefs from both MICHELIN-starred establishments bring together the creative sparks of refined Asian cuisine and contemporary Korean delicacies.
Named after the Korean word for “a fragrance that evokes memories,” NAE:UM is Chef Han’s love letter to his cherished memories and Korean flavors, elegantly reinterpreted through a contemporary lens to create a lasting sensory experience. Sharing a similar philosophy of preserving heritage through innovation, Chef Pan of Aji masterfully blends diverse culinary cultures, reimagining familiar Asian flavors with refinement and a unique touch to compose a gastronomic experience that is both cohesive and memorable.
