Coast presents four distinctive Cataplana creations. The “Octopus and Sweet Potato Cataplana” serves the tender richness of the octopus, while the “Seafood Cataplana” brings the ocean harmony with mussels, shrimp, and squid. In addition, chef draws inspiration from Macanese cuisine – the “Pork and Clams Cataplana” and “Portuguese Chicken Cataplana”.
