Can you imagine being forced to do simple everyday tasks in a language that you don’t understand? This might be the reality for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people every day, as most of the Hearing people do not use the language of Deaf culture – Sign Languages.
By making this learning program open to the General Public, we hope to raise more awareness, recognition and respect for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people to achieve equality of access and opportunity.

Sign Language
In this chapter, we will learn about tips in using Sign Languages as well as fundamental knowledge in Macao Sign Language (MacSL). Participants will be able to lay down a solid foundation of learning this new language.
