ConnectiCity is Macau local artist Kun Wang Tou latest Post Photographic Art in the new digital era. This is his first dynamic presentation of his artwork in a multi-layered format within a large public space. He presents a surrealistic digital landscape by collecting diverse images from the Greater Bay Area, including photography, screenshots, and satellite map street views etc. Kun spent over four years on photographing from the high-rise buildings and mountains of Macau and Zhuhai, and flying in the eyes of drone. Part of his works have been featured in CCTV-9 documentary “Tong Xin”. In the ripples of overlapping, mirroring, and aesthetics of concentric circles and kaleidoscopes, the digital art offers an innovative visual journey, with a sentiment of connectivity of Greater Bay Area, and the infinite opportunities therewithin, to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Macao’s return to Motherland.
