Learning is not limited to time or location in MGM. Taking into consideration the different learning needs of team members who may work in different shift and location, MGM eAcademy adopts the technological approach to ensure that learning resources are made available to them anytime and anywhere.
Learning never stops in MGM. Since 2015, more than 1,000 team members are sent to different external institutions for their continuing education and professional upgrading, enabling them to sharpen their skills, and prepare them for a better future.
Furthermore, all team members can enjoy the in-house library service with a collection of over 1,500 books on a broad range of subjects, creating more growth and learning opportunities.
